Ray Catena, Audi Freehold just might have been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and I’ve purchase multiple Porsche, BMW and Audi in the past. I live an hour from Freehold. Was shopping around and called because they had a particular car in stock. Sales Expert, Ron Marvo, answered and went above and beyond (extremely quickly, I might add) to make sure everything was clear, concise and fast. 95% of the deal was done via text (a normal during the pandemic), so accepted and headed down there. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door with my choice of refreshment and was taken care of quick and safely (dealership is sparkling clean and everyone was wearing masks). Signed a few papers that were already prepared and off I went in less than 40 minutes. Ron was even kind enough to call my insurance and set everything up ahead of time! The car is BEAUTIFUL, I received an amazing deal (best out of 4 dealerships for same car/same options) and service was impeccable. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. More
