Over and above! I’ve dealt with Rat Carena dealerships for over the last decade. I’ve always had a good experience and was pleased with the over all service. This past Christmas I decided to purchase an Audi A6. I dealt with a young man Ron Marvin. This gentleman made my purchase absolutely seamless. It was a last minute decision and I had tremendous time restrictions along with holiday stress. I felt no pressure whatsover and was extended professional courtesy beyond any experience I be ever had purchasing a vehicle. Me. Marvin handled every detail with excellence; from personal communication, ensuring the vehicle met all my needs, getting me a great deal financially and most importantly selling me the best car I’ve ever purchased. My past vehicles have been Mercedes SUV, Jaguar and Lexus. Nine of these car’s compare and neither did the sales reps I purchased them through.
