Truly white glove experience Ron did everything possible to make sure my wife and I got everything we wanted. We went in just to test drive the Q5 and within a few hours my wife Ron did everything possible to make sure my wife and I got everything we wanted. We went in just to test drive the Q5 and within a few hours my wife and I were driving home in our new beauty. Ron and his manager Steve spent the time to make sure he truly understood what we needed and could afford and within minutes found us the perfect car at an amazing price. They made the process as seemless and easy as possible. Ron knew the car like the back of his hand and was able to teach me all the necessities before I drove away. Obnoxious idiotic dealership My wife and I drove up today in my 6 series BMW and asked to test drive the RS5. The salesman informed me that the manager wished to “vet” us before p My wife and I drove up today in my 6 series BMW and asked to test drive the RS5. The salesman informed me that the manager wished to “vet” us before putting test drive miles on such an “expense vehicle.” He wanted to make sure we understood the lease would be “1400-1500$/month”. If they had asked, we might have mentioned we are physicians and that I’m planning on paying cash for my next vehicle in this price range. But this idiotic dealership didn’t even try to ask such simple inquires nor are they apparently aware that the car I pulled up in is of equivalent value to the one I wished to test drive. Morons. More
