Did not receive fair market value for trade in Positives: Audi Freehold had vehicle I wanted. Sales person and receptionist were both very friendly. Dealership was well maintained, lots of food and drink and had tons of inventory. Negative: I received a trade in offer for my 2015 Audi Q7 from Audi Bridgewater for $22K and Sudi Freehold would not match it. Actually they were a full $2K less. I entered the dealership at 9:30 am, selected inventory and agreed on price by 11 am. I didn’t end up leaving the dealer with my new car until 3:30 pm. I feel the service was slower than other dealerships (closed on my S6 at Princeton Audi in 2 hrs). More
