He was extremely knowledgeable I recently purchased a range rover from Michael and not only was he personable, but most importantly got the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of its features, but was also extremely efficient and precise with all of the paperwork and the back and forth which is always part of buying a car. It was a priority to him to get everthing done qiuickly and painlessly. I have bought many cars through the years and this was the easiest transition I have had to date. My business schedule is hectic, however, there was no problem catering to that.. No matter what the problem at hand, it was never a problem for Michael. He makes the customer comfortable and confident that everything will be perfect. Ray Catena is very lucky to have such a happy, friendly salesman who at the same time is excellent at his job.
