Great Experience! I can't say enough about the service I received from Alan and Joe! Alan was my initial contact when I contacted the dealership regarding a new Jaguar I can't say enough about the service I received from Alan and Joe! Alan was my initial contact when I contacted the dealership regarding a new Jaguar XE. He called me back within 10 min of sending an inquiry. Alan was super friendly and answered every question I had at the time over the phone without the usual "Well let's have you come down to the show room so we can chat" nonsense I have received other places. I set up an appointment for when my schedule was free a couple days later. I ended up coming in a day early because I was in the area but Alan was unavailable so he had Joe assist me. Joe was WONDERFUL. He took so much time with us and made us feel so comfortable and not pressured at all to make the right decision. That was one of the main reasons we ended up purchasing our Jaguar XE. We just felt so confident in the service and the car thanks to Joe. He was honest about the pros and cons (which every car can have) we are realistic with this me and my husband. It makes us feel better when someone is totally upfront with EVERYTHING! When we picked up the car I was able to meet Alan face to face and he was just as friendly even though he actually didn't make the sale, it was so refreshing so see such nice team work at Ray Catena and hear the great things the employees had to say about the owner and Managers, I would highly recommend dealing with a Ray Catena dealership and if you are in Edison def see Joe or Alan!
