Willie gave informed us of our rights, searched out a loaner for us, and got the car repaired by warranty like it should have been. I feel much better staying with Mercedes (in Freehold) and with Willie. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND 3 HOURS OF WASTED TIME! Mr. Dan Holden and my experience with him today was horrible. He did not address any of my problems. All he did was waste three hours of my time. I have had my vehicle battery jump started by service 4 times over the last 6 months. My cars battery was replaced months back with another bad and used battery. I spoke with service manager on Friday who told me to bring my car in Monday to have my battery replaced. Dan Holden wasted my time, told me many error codes came up but the battery still shows ok. Also my fuse box cover is missing clips and told me he has to get from a salvage. Really just change the entire cover. Spending 50K on a car at this dealership and this is how i am treated. More
Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I've brought my GL here almost 5 times in 6 months. Every time it comes in, they nickel and dime every single repair, and always push for unnecessary I've brought my GL here almost 5 times in 6 months. Every time it comes in, they nickel and dime every single repair, and always push for unnecessary repairs to up sell their services (put new wipers on 2 days before service - was told i needed new ones when brought in here). My recent visit was the straw that broke the camel's back - when it was a 300 dollar AC repair, that rose to 2500 dollars within 30 minutes, since they "forgot" to tell me about a few other things. When i refused the repairs, it became a negotiation - and they could reduce the cost to 1500 - my question is - why are you trying to charge me an additional 1000 dollars, and only when i ask to have my car back, begin negotiating repair costs - when the xxxx has a service center ever been a place of significant negotiation?? Also - they slow rolled my initial repair as i was killing time speaking with sales - in hopes of me buying a car from them. Overall, the shadiest place i've ever been too - they single handedly have almost turned me off from the brand all together. I will NEVER bring my cars there, and have made sure to tell everyone i know to avoid this place at all costs. Horrible, horrible service. Beyond shady operation. BBB complaint submitted. Hope this place goes away and ceases to tarnish an overall great brand in Mercedes. More

Always a ripoff I bought my car at this dealership. Every service visit starts and ends with extortion. Last one got me to the point where I will never buy another I bought my car at this dealership. They quoted me over $4000.00 worth of work and the work did not address the concern that made me bring in the car. When I asked about the issue I brought the car in originally for, they told me they needed to do the work they recommended first and they could not tell if anything else was wrong. More

I have bought many cars (all different brands) but will always buy a Mercedes as long as Dondi is the one I deal with. You will not understand honest service until you deal with Dondi & staff. I have a 2010 s550 that had a suspension problem that Freehold Mercedes fixed in a day , I was give Mercedes Dealership in New Jersey and East Coast. I have a 2010 s550 that had a suspension problem that Freehold Mercedes fixed in a day , I was given a loaner even tho I didn't buy my mercedes from them . They're great . OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Mercedes Roadside Assistance brought me to Mercedes-Benz of Freehold after my fuel pump failed on one of our fleet cars. When I arrived at the service entrance I was greeted immediately me to Mercedes-Benz of Freehold after my fuel pump failed on one of our fleet cars. When I arrived at the service entrance I was greeted immediately by the service manager Dondi Pollera who told me he would get the car into a service bay right away so they could diagnose the problem. He then brought me inside and introduced me to Mary Sabine. From the stack of awards on her desk I knew Mary was going to take good care of me. You can be sure that she delivered! We completed the induction paperwork and she escorted me upstairs to the customer lounge. It was beautifully appointed and peaceful - a great place to relax or catch up on work. The dealership provided a complimentary luncheon. Mary communicated with me regularly during my stay - my car was quickly diagnosed and repaired, the technician even fixed a couple of things he noticed while inspecting the vehicle. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Dondi and Mary took a disastrous beginning of my day and turned it into an enjoyable and productive experience. They really know what they are doing - they really understand service! You can be sure I will return and I will be buying my next Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Freehold. More
