Tim Roberts was extremely influential in our decision to purchase a vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. We had visited many other dealers and enjoyed his non-pressure and knowledgeable approach to sales. Hugo Ayala did a wonderful job for me buying my 2021 Silverado work truck.. he was very prompt and explained each step he was taking to ensure a quick and easy sale..he was very generous in running to t Silverado work truck.. he was very prompt and explained each step he was taking to ensure a quick and easy sale..he was very generous in running to the gas station next door to buy me a soft drink as I waited for the paper work. He never tried to up sell anything and simply did as I asked regarding the on star . I would definitely call him in the future..I would also like to add that when I pulled up to the dealership a service tech was outside and approached me and asked if he could help and I told him I was here to see Hugo so he took me inside to his desk and had him paged.. unfortunately I did not get his name but would give him 5 stars as well!! Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Walked into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immed into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immediately stuck their noses into their computers. At no time was I ever greeted or even acknowledged. After waiting another couple of minutes, I asked if anyone could help me and was told "they would get to me in a minute". RUDE and DISRESPECTABLE!! My recommendation is take your vehicle to a dealer who actually feels that customer service is #1. More
