HORRIBLE!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! I cannot put into words how horrible my experience was at Ray Chevy as a whole but ESPECIALLY with Chris. I was talked down to throughout the entire i I cannot put into words how horrible my experience was at Ray Chevy as a whole but ESPECIALLY with Chris. I was talked down to throughout the entire interaction as if I didn't have one brain cell. When really these car salesmen who are only working to get you the "best deal out there" are there to completely SCREW you over. I am at a loss of words after spending 8 HOURS at this place running circles around these salesmen, attempting to confuse buyers on numbers OVER AND OVER. Continually being told "I don't know" by salesmen to the point where we were told they didn't even the APR that the numbers they quoted us were ran at. Get to your point with this one if you're still willing to go to this dealership after reading this but I would save yourself your valuable time and STEER CLEAR of this place as a whole. We dealt with 3 salesmen as well as the manager and I was not impressed by any of them. Ray Chevrolet is a typical, stereotypical slime-ball dealership. I cannot understand or comprehend how they have an amazing rating. They have to be making 5 star ratings in their spare time or bribing buyer to fill out 5 star reviews as I have been encouraged to do in the past (when it was deserving) but just please, for your own good, NEVER GO TO THIS SAD PLACE!!!! Management is a joke. I have never been talked to like such a piece of trash in my life. BEWARE! More

Excellent Customer Service! I recently had my 2010 Suburban in due to a cracked transmission. John Geary helped us from beginning to end. Since the repair was quite a pricey on I recently had my 2010 Suburban in due to a cracked transmission. John Geary helped us from beginning to end. Since the repair was quite a pricey one, we had some decisions to make in regards to whether or not to repair the vehicle or buy new. John was patient and informative on this decision. We ended up going ahead with the repair. My husband and I felt very confident with our decision thanks to John's advice and expertise in the field of transmissions. I have had most, if not all, of my service work done at Ray. Anything from oil changes to transmission replacements. I have never been disappointed. While we have always had great customer service, John was the most knowledgeable serviceman we have dealt with. I have and will continue to recommend Ray service in the future. Thanks John! More
