Excellent experience No Pressure Recommend them highly. George Z and the whole Ray team really went the extra mile to try and bring the best deal possible together. From financing to questions and concerns everything was addressed honestly and fairly. The whole Ray team do really treat you like family. Unfortunatly in the 11th hour we discovered the Ebay ad had the wrong transmission listed. Once We discovered the issue they offered to refund my deposit and keep an eye out for the exact vehicle that I have my heart set on ; if they see one come in . Based on this experience and the time spent with them , I know they will keep me in mind. I like the fact that they do things old school and stand by their word. The Ray team does what they say they are going to do and if they can't for some reason out of their control , they propose workable alternatives and always treat you with respect and like an old friend. I may not have bought this vehicle, but I'm sure their lot is one that I will check often in the future. The extra effort and no pressure sales was definitly recognized. During the whole interaction I felt as though they wanted to win my trust and Respect. Thank you ! More
