Working with Tony Jensen was a no pressure deal. Our Salesman Tony Jensen was great to work with, no pressure. He was able to do everything we wanted for us in regards to our purchase. Our only dis Our Salesman Tony Jensen was great to work with, no pressure. He was able to do everything we wanted for us in regards to our purchase. Our only disappointment was with finance. The first time we came into the store to talk about a loan for our purchase we were quoted a rate. When we came in to buy the rate was increased by over 3 percentage points. When we called out Jason on the rate he was able to get it lowered and blamed it on the fact that the other banks had not responded to him yet. However, my question is why would you automatically offer the highest rate to your customer first instead of securing the best rate? Eventually, we got it all worked out and I got the rate that was originally quoted. I can only say this to other customers, when securing a loan on a vehicle, get this specific info, amount you are financing, rate, and number of payments. Make sure you get that in writing before you ink a deal. There are loan calculators online where when you plug in those numbers it will tell you what your monthly payment should be. This would have been a 5 star rating if not for the finance issue. More
