He made the experience very uncomplicated, and time thrifty. As I dealt with the various areas of the process of trading in 2 vehicles, and buying the really sharp Colorado, each person already knew my needs and the products that I was interested in. Apparently, the communication level from Sean to each of the others was great. They knew I wanted a tonno (sp?), but they already knew that there was only one that I would be able to operate easily with one arm due to my limitations with the other arm.
