Like most dealers once you sign the contract they could careless. You call with questions or problems they say they'll look into it but never get back to you. They put the burden of everything on the customer. To bad my family had bought cars there since before ray took over when it was ricketts chevy. 3 generations of business they just lost along with all the referrals they were given as well. Customer service should still be top priority period no excuses no bs. More

Best service any one could ask for. Call in a few day ahead of time for any service if you need a loaner or not they will take care of you! Only place I trust to take my truck period.
