LIZ and RUBEN did an excellent job taking care of my situation. --- I went in today to drop off my car in the Service D EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIZ and RUBEN did an excellent job taking care of my situation. --- I went in today to drop off my car in the Service Department since it was due for a service check up. I was only going to stop by for an oil change, unfortunately on my way there my check engine light went off. Honestly, I was in a hurry since I had to be at work soon. I saw a couple people ahead of me as i walked in, I knew right away I was in for along time, luckily I was wrong. That's when I met Liz, she walked up to everyone asking if they were being taken care of, fortunately they were and I was up next. She greeted me with a huge smile and ask what I needed help with, I explained to her my situation. Liz went back to check if there was any loaners available for me, since I needed to get to work soon. She came back and told me at the moment all the loaners were scheduled already, but she did not give up there. She introduced me to Ruben, he went ahead and started the paperwork on my car. In a matter of minutes Liz came back with a set of keys to my loaner. Ruben covered all the information and explained everything I needed to know about my loaner and also what was going to be done to my car. I was very pleased with both, Liz and Ruben, their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. They listened and understood everything.
