They have amazing customer service, make you feel at ease and comforted when looking into purchasing a car, and they make sure the customers needs always come first. They're more than willing to work around what you, as a purchaser, can do and how much you can afford. Car #2 with Tony Jensen! My wife and I bought a new 2015 Sonic from Tony 15 months ago. Tony took great care of us and we loved our Sonic. Due to some medical issues we had My wife and I bought a new 2015 Sonic from Tony 15 months ago. Tony took great care of us and we loved our Sonic. Due to some medical issues we had the need to get a slight larger vehicle that sat higher for comfort in entering and exiting the vehicle. So, off to Ray Chevrolet we went to talk to our friend Tony Jensen. Tony, again, was just great. He listed to us and said he had the just the car of us, and it was true. We showed us a 2016 Trax which had just what we needed. The Trax sits a bit higher than the Sonic and is slightly larger which made it easier for me to get in and out of the vehicle without struggling. We also got more cargo space to boot. WIN/WIN!!! Thanks to Tony and the folks at Ray Chevrolet for coming to our rescue again! More

My vehicle ended up needing extensive repairs and Ruben provided exceptional customer service for the entire week my car was being repaired. He was helpful, informative and polite. He never once treated my needs as an inconvenience and most importantly the job was done right! I would certainly recommend the service department and Ray Chevrolet. My mom and I were at Ray Chevrolet, yesterday 5-20-16 wanting to buy a Chevy Trax and we saw Keith Ragusa and he was very tentative in answering all o My mom and I were at Ray Chevrolet, yesterday 5-20-16 wanting to buy a Chevy Trax and we saw Keith Ragusa and he was very tentative in answering all of our questions and concerns, and if there was something he didnt know he called the person who he thought would know the answer, but overall he was very knowledgeable on the car that we were interested and explaining the difference between buying the car and leasing the car. I would recommend Keith Ragusa to anyone that is buying a car! 5 Stars!! He called the day after and followed up with my mom and I the day after we left the dealership so he is definitely tentative to his customers and making sure we are satisfied. Also the finance guy we dealt with did an awesome job as well, i believe we saw Jason but i cant remember exactly. Overall though it was an awesome experience. More
