What a great car buying experience!! I couple of weeks ago I purchased a 2012 Malibu from ray Chevrolet and was pleasantly surprised by the dealership experience. Working with Adam Walke I couple of weeks ago I purchased a 2012 Malibu from ray Chevrolet and was pleasantly surprised by the dealership experience. Working with Adam Walker from the Ray Team was a great experience!! Adam treated me with respect and made me feel like a friend of his from the beginning. He took the time to let me drive the car for a very thorough test drive so I could determine if it met my expectations. The Malibu I was interested in did not have floor mats and Adam could see that I was disappointed about that. He put in the extra effort to get me a set of floor mats to make me a satisfied customer. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle, Adam gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to some of the people in the service department that I would be working with in the future for maintenance needs. Everybody was very friendly to me and that made me feel like I was a member of the Ray Team!! Thank you Adam for making this car buying experience simple and stress free. More
