Overall a great experience I went in looking for a used car. MI've was on its last days and I needed something reliable. Divorced mom who just went through a foreclosure as a result, my credit was shot. Vince Bell worked with me and talked me into a lease as a means to rebuild my credit. Knowing that my financial options were limited, I'm appreciative that he made a point to press the benefits of leasing a vehicle, especially since I have no intention of returning the vehicle at the end of it. I now have a reliable, brand new vehicle that comes with all services included. Even though my vehicle payments are higher, they do balance out with peace of mind, lower insurance rates, better quality and cost of services I don't have to pay now. Vince is VERY good at what he does. He is an excellent salesman, but he is also genuine and was willing to answer any of my questions or find someone who could. I had a horrific experience with OnStar and Vince made a point to be diligent in helping me get them to solve the problems. I'm hoping I won't be in the market for another car for many years to come, but when that day comes, I will return to Ray, and I hope Vince will be there to help me again. More
