Long but smooth process. Bought my used 2015 Jeep Patriot at Ray Chevy few weeks ago. Peter Gaynes was my salesman through the test drive and the discussion on the vehicle. Bought my used 2015 Jeep Patriot at Ray Chevy few weeks ago. Peter Gaynes was my salesman through the test drive and the discussion on the vehicle. We ran some numbers and after he returned from the finance department, I agree to purchased the Jeep. I was hoping to get a little more on my trade in though. But since they are a high volume dealership with VERY competitive prices, I figured that's how things even out. The price on the 2015 Patriot 4x4 was the lowest I had found in doing a couple days research in my 50 mile area radius. Got the extended warranty and protection package plus a remote start on the vehicle and still stayed within my monthly payment budget. I will be interested to see if I get the same high quality service that the majority of the reviews talk about. So far so good though. Would I recommend? Yep, for sure I would. More

service going down hill Have been going to Rays Chev for over 25 yrs and service is not up to par lately. Had to go back for same problems a couple of times and they keep fi Have been going to Rays Chev for over 25 yrs and service is not up to par lately. Had to go back for same problems a couple of times and they keep finding new areas to fix. Last time in was for engine light and they are looking at brakes and transmission and other part of car. Just worked on wheel bearing and front hub and last month and my manifold is bad and had to replaced out of town. Not to mention that my 2011 car had to be replace because of engine shut down and finally broke down to buy another newer model because I didn"t want my daughter who drives it get in accident after it stalled several times and had to be towed each time. GM said it under warranty so get bring it in for service but that playing RUSSIAN ROULETTE. More
