Upon arrival, Chris, the Sales Manager, immediately greeted us, asked all the right questions to decipher our needs and how he and his team could meet those needs and went above and beyond to align us with the perfect sales person based on our responses. Adam Walker was that sales person! Adam's mix of knowledge, patience, humor, urgency, attention and ability to meet all of our requests was nothing short of amazing! When all was said and done, Adam presented us with the car and financing plan that met every one of our requests! Finally, I have to express how impressed I was with the efficiency of the process. For example, while Adam took me for a test drive, Chris was running my credit and preparing the loan resulting in a super quick close and getting me into my new car that much faster!
