Ray Chevrolet is the best!!!! I went to Ray Chevy looking to buy a new Silverado. I met my salesman Keith Ragusa and he answered all my questions. Keith stayed after closing and ma I went to Ray Chevy looking to buy a new Silverado. I met my salesman Keith Ragusa and he answered all my questions. Keith stayed after closing and made sure everything went ok. I ended up buying a 2014 Silverado and a 2015 Malibu. I felt very comfortable working with Keith and was under no pressure at any time. I also had a great experience with David Cooper in financing. They both gave me a great deal on our vehicles. Keith and David went way beyond my expectations and made it a great buying expierience. If you have hours to kill...this is your dealership. We were there for 5 hours. 5 LONG hours. The only person who apologized about the wait was the finance guy who drew up all our paperwork. Don't do the online credit app because they won't tell you if you are approved or not anyway until you go there. One of the problems I saw in the amount of time it took to get things done is, our salesman had to fill out about 16 different forms to get our purchase moving. He'd enter the information, print it out, and walk across the entire sales room to get it off the printer--EACH TIME. It was rather annoying. Then we were told more than once by the salesman and the lady who is in charge of selling you the "protection package" that we MUST go online and rate them a 10. If we couldn't do that, please come to them first so they won't get bad ratings. So, I took her up on it--I brought up the amount of time we spent there to her (since by this time it was 9:00PM), which she immediately dismissed by saying, "Well, it's a few days before the new year, it is always crazy at this time." (By the way, I spoke to a friend who bought a vehicle from them early December and the wait time for them was just as bad.) Final complaint, my husband asked that the gas tank be filled before we leave, which we were told it would be, but we left with about an 1/8 tank and had to stop for gas on the way home at 10:30PM. We spent a lot of money on a 2014 Suburban so it just added to the frustration. Only positive is the finance person who we signed papers with--like I said, he was the only one who apologized for the wait and seemed sincere--probably because he saw how tired our kids were. Typical car dealership experience (games) with extraordinary wait time. More
