I stated what I was interested in and he jumped right on it. We looked at some used trucks, I learned some new and interesting information and we discussed the pro's and con's of each and came up with two that would suit my requests. The entire process of purchasing my 2012 Chevy Silverado 4x4 was smooth and hassle free. Ed is the epitomy of Customer Service. Whenever I'm at Ray Chevrolet for service (for over 16 years and 5 purchases), if Ed is present, he approaches me and says hello. If more sales personnel had the personality of Ed Dembski, I am quite sure the sales numbers would triple!!! Additionally, Dan Loggins in Finance was a great help also.
