No hidden charges, false claims or false promises....no runaround. Took delivery of the truck 2 days later. It was prepped to perfection. I cannot thank Rupe enough for his time and patience. Had no intention of buying a car I was coming in to Ray's to check out how my wife was doing on her purchase of a new Cruze. While she was working with Adam Frandsen, I started talkin I was coming in to Ray's to check out how my wife was doing on her purchase of a new Cruze. While she was working with Adam Frandsen, I started talking to him about my existing Chevy Silverado, went outside to walk around and came back in after spying a Malibu that I liked in the lot. Adam said he could make it happen if I wanted to work out a trade! He was finishing with my wife so he brought Kyle Samples over to help him out with my transaction while Adam bounced between the two of us. The guys were great! My wife has been buying her cars from them for over 24 years and I have jumped on the wagon, buying all my vehicles from them. Have recommended this dealership and totally endorse their salesmen! I needed a new car, did my research online, reached out to Ray's online, explained I had no time to come in for at least another week but needed to see if we could make something work before I came in and wasted my time and theirs... I was emailing back and forth with Kelly and she brought Adam into work with me. One 10 minute conversation with him and he knew what I wanted, what my concerns and time constraints were and he had it all handled. By the time I was able to make the appointment and actually meet him in person, it was the easiest purchase I could ever hope for. We laughed, we joked, he made the experience enjoyable and this comes from a person that hates the nerve wracking experience of sitting in a dealership all day! I am so happy to say I was not there all day, he was quick, efficient, so easy to work with and above all, was friendly! I am proud to say we bought 2 vehicles this day, which was not the plan, from Adam and Ray Chevrolet! More

He answered all my questions and concerned. Explained pretty well about the details of the Van. Finance.. Environment protection lady sorry i forgot her name. and Cooper Finance Guy was all awesome. Sorry but sales manager wasn't ready to bargain on the price. I guess that's fine with me. Maintenance and extended warranty was explained pretty well. Oil change deal is attractive for maintenance which means a lot to the car. Overall my experience is very good and i can recommend my family and friends. More

Best car buying experience you could ever ask for Went to Ray Chevrolet to try and lower my monthly payment but I was not intending on leaving with a new Chevy Cruze. Dennis was the first employee to Went to Ray Chevrolet to try and lower my monthly payment but I was not intending on leaving with a new Chevy Cruze. Dennis was the first employee to approach me and after I explained my situation he suggested lowering my payments by purchasing a new vehicle. I was sceptical at first but Dennis was determined to help me in any way possible. He was patient and polite and did not pressure me during any point of the few hours he worked with me. After finding a Cruze I liked he went above and beyond to get me to a monthly payment I could afford. Going as far as introducing me to Mr. Raymond Scarpelli Jr. himself. I could not of asked for anything more. I deeply appreciate everything Dennis did for and I will definitely return to Ray Chevrolet for anything I need from party's and service to another vehicle when needed. Went to Ray Chevrolet on a whim ate at a local restaurant then just stopped in to look not really expecting much.My wife and pulled into the use Went to Ray Chevrolet on a whim ate at a local restaurant then just stopped in to look not really expecting much.My wife and pulled into the used car area and started looking.Soon Dennis Lazara the salesman walked up and asked what we were interested in and then began looking over the used suvs,a really large selection to look at.Dennis came along with us as we looked and gave us info on ever truck we looked at.It was very hot out that day and Dennis kept walking with us.He offered to get the keys to a few vehicles we liked and then we drove a2012 Tahoe,they had just got it in and it was very well presented.We bought it and the price was great considering other ones I had seen with more mileage.Dennis was very nice and introduced us to many helpful staff members.Dennis had a little trouble with the computer(we all seem to) but we all kinda laughed about it,THANKS Dennis you made it easy and fun to buy the Tahoe. More
