Very impressed and satisfied Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet. I went to Ray in order to purchase my first truck on my own. I was nervous Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet. I went to Ray in order to purchase my first truck on my own. I was nervous because I'm only 23, but John told me right off the bat that he'd treat me like his own son and that's exactly what he did. He was very transparent, open, and honest with me through the entire process. I traded in my previous vehicle, and financed a lightly used Ford F-150. In fact, a gentleman arrived shortly after me to make a cash deal on the same F-150. John went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase the truck. I'd also like to compliment the sales management team at Ray. Never once did they come over to "gang up" on me. They really let John do his job, I never once felt pressured by John or the sales team. Great experience with Sean Runions and staff at Ray's Sean helped me get an suv that suited all my needs right away. I wanted a different color but was pleasantly surprised with the one he brought up to Sean helped me get an suv that suited all my needs right away. wow what an awesome time My husband and I were blown away by how awesome the customer service was. Sean Runions was one of the best sells reps we ever met. he knew all the answers to all our questions and we made a great deal on a new car. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I tell on my friends and family to go see Sean. but if that wasn't awesome 2 days later they call us back lowered out interest rates and our monthly payments. WOW!! Ray Chevrolet on rt 12 in Fox Lake is the only place to get a car new or used. I left feeling like a million bucks Thanks guys you were awesome. More
