John took the time to understand our needs and our budget, and he never tried to steer us towards something we could not afford. Over the years, we have come to know something about each of our families and we have grown to trust John - that's not a character quality I say about very many people. I stopped into the dealership on Friday, July 5, 2013, just to have a look around. Jay came over to me and without any pressure whatsover asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was just trying just to have a look around. Jay came over to me and without any pressure whatsover asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was just trying to find out if Ray would take my two cars - a 2013 Cruze and and 2003 Chevrolet Impala in trade for a new 2014 Impala and that was no problem. He let me test drive a fully loaded Impala but i felt it was too much car for me and I didn't like the view from the rear window - obstructed - however, he told me it was linked to the computer system and would tell me when another car was approaching. Being almost 69, he could tell I was still uncomfortable with this and suggested I might be interested in the 2013 "dealer" car which was in white (the color of choice for me). It turned out to be a great fit; i felt immediately comrforable and while I was hoping to get more for me trade-ins, I felt the offer was very fair and I accepted it. Jay completed the paperwork as quickly as possible. On another note, he drove home with me (7-1/2 miles) and helped me empty out my Impala and then drove the Cruze back to the dealership. Quite honestly, I have never felt more comfortable with a car salesman. I felt no pressure at all and he was great. I hope he has a long and successful career at Ray. It's a great dealership. I also appreciate the fact that the owner takes time to greets me. I would not buy a car from anyone else - service is another reason to go there. I found a '93 Z28 from this dealer online and went down the next day to check it out. Getting there I expected the stereotypical car salesman to try to sell me a lemon, George Zakrewski is nothing lik down the next day to check it out. Getting there I expected the stereotypical car salesman to try to sell me a lemon, George Zakrewski is nothing like that. He took me on a test ride and didn't try to hide any of the flaws in the car, he told me straight up how it was, and the details on it. When I decided to make the purchase he did all he could to make sure we got the best rate possible and as quickly as possible, the only hold up was from my insurance company having a fax machine malfunction. I'd recommend George and Ray Chevrolet to anyone who's looking to buy from a straight forward and trustworthy dealership. More

From the first call I made to Ray Chevy they made me feel comfortable. Alisa took my online info and forwarded to Sales and Finance. Those two departments worked together to get a deal for me. He was prepared, knowledgeable and personable. He had the car prep'd and ready for a test drive. He told me all about the vehicle's history and flaws. Full disclosure. Afterwards we sat down and negotiated a deal I was happy with and I purchased the car. The rest was a cake walk! More
This dealership could care less abut there customers, I was told by my salesman after I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased that "your sale means nothing to me, I am going to sell 24 cars this month" was told by my salesman after I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased that "your sale means nothing to me, I am going to sell 24 cars this month" There extended warranty they sold me was $2,000 more than the dealership I am working with now to resolve the issues I am now facing after dealing with Ray! Be careful once you agree to there payment, they want to tack on services and warranties that raise your payment $60.00 per month. Also they will play with your interest rates to get you to buy there inflated warranty and paint protection plan. If dealing with Ray please proceed with caution! Shop around and compare and secure financing through a bank you work with and can trust. More
