Great Buying Experience My son referred us to Chris Kahlmorgan and from the beginning he made our quest to purchase a new Impala a great experience. We told him what we were My son referred us to Chris Kahlmorgan and from the beginning he made our quest to purchase a new Impala a great experience. We told him what we were looking for in the Impala, and he went right to work finding us exactly what we wanted and checking in with us frequently. On Thursday July 24th he called my husband and there was a newly delivered 2015 with everything on it we had talked about and still in the wrapper. We met him as soon as possible that same day and made arrangements to finalize the purchase today, the car is perfect. Chris has a great sense of humor and and makes one feel very comfortable and free to ask any and all questions. It has been almost 35 yrs since I had a new car (many gently used in between) and this new Impala was sure worth the wait. I will gladly recommend Ray Chevrolet and Chris Kahlmorgan when I have the chance. More

Set up an a time get there.Kyle Samples a young kid very nice asks who we're there to see tell him everything.He tries to call Maissa more than once she's busy!! So that he can get our file we'll you can see there pic. On the web page. Been sitting there about 10-15 min. Now look out side there she is shooting the ---- outside with some of the. Salesmen. Kyle had to got out to find out where our stuff was. She never even talked to us. Then they sit and play the run around game they wanted 5 times the amount down. The truck was a used one the pics.On line were taken so you didn't see the rust,the ripped and cracked seats. We wanted it for a second work truck the whole frame was rusted. The mil. Was low the pics. Looked great on line. So besides wanting more they kept playing the back and forth game. The credit report was wrong they ran it threw another company and said oh but we're not really running again we'll that was a lie. Everyone knows the more you run it the lower your score drops. Sat there for over 4 hrs we'll now some of the other finance places have closed. Gave them money down to hold it. Ya I know what's wrong with me? Well we came home looked on line and found a new listed truck at Lynch in East Troy low mil. Great body looks new on the inside better price. Oh then we had to play the game with getting check for our deposit that was supposed to have been over nighted to us.We got it about a week later. So I Would not trust them. I don't know how Marrisa is a manager if this is how she handles things. More

No Pressure Sales Environment I just wanted to follow up regarding the purchase of our chevy tahoe on 7/24/14. The buying experience was great. The sales person, George Zakrzewsk I just wanted to follow up regarding the purchase of our chevy tahoe on 7/24/14. The buying experience was great. The sales person, George Zakrzewski was not only friendly, but extremely knowlegeable about the vehicle we purchased. Additionally, he provided a tour of the dealership which included the service dept. and he thoroughly explained amenities offered to Ray customers. I'm a return customer of Ray Chevy as a result of a good first experience at the dealer. For the sake of the dealership I hope all of the sales staff are as good as George.
