Excellent Customer Service! I recently had my 2010 Suburban in due to a cracked transmission. John Geary helped us from beginning to end. Since the repair was quite a pricey on I recently had my 2010 Suburban in due to a cracked transmission. John Geary helped us from beginning to end. Since the repair was quite a pricey one, we had some decisions to make in regards to whether or not to repair the vehicle or buy new. John was patient and informative on this decision. We ended up going ahead with the repair. My husband and I felt very confident with our decision thanks to John's advice and expertise in the field of transmissions. I have had most, if not all, of my service work done at Ray. Anything from oil changes to transmission replacements. I have never been disappointed.
