I don’t like that in order to diagnose issues with a car there is a charge, especially when you are a repeat customer and have followed recommendations. I brought my van in for air conditioner work only and was told so much more was wrong with my vehicle. Not sure of the motive. It seems they were contemplating a buy back. I never asked for that.
