I normally take my car to the dealership in Greenwood, but they were not going to be able to get me in until October 9 (I called on September 8 ! I called the Avon dealership and the said bring it in and but they were not going to be able to get me in until October 9 (I called on September 8 ! I called the Avon dealership and the said bring it in and we should be able to look at it by the end of the week - they looked at the next day ! They were able to fix the problem and got me back in my car the next day. Excellent service, communication - I will be driving from Greenwood to Avon from now on to get my car taken care of ! Worst buying, or in our case, non-buying experience we have ever been put through! To sum it up: after agreeing to a price, payment and term via phone call and text and after making the drive to the deal have ever been put through! To sum it up: after agreeing to a price, payment and term via phone call and text and after making the drive to the dealership immediately upon agreeing to terms we were greeted at the front door by our salesman with news that they had sold the car from under us in less than the one hour it took us to get from our house to the dealership. After talking with management all we were told were lies and excuses of why they sold it knowing that we were on our way to sign the papers and take the vehicle home. I have witnessed bad customer service but this one tops them all. You would expect that someone would have called after the fact to apologize at a minimum but we haven't heard a peep since we walked out the door. Just an overall terrible experience! Buyer beware if you are considering purchasing from them! More

My wife and I were just at the dealer ( 7 pm ) Manages Eric & Chad knew we were coming to look at a 2024 Palisade calligraphy that just arrived. We were greeted by a salesman and said we are here to get an appraisal on ourRam pickup and to xx out the Calligraphy that in talked to Eric about earlier in the day. Eric said no problem just ask for him or Chad upon arriving . The salesman went to get Eric and came back and said they have brought him up to speed on what Eric and I spoke about earlier. Well needless to say NO manager came out and apprised our truck. The salesman did bring the new SUV around for us to look at as you can’t buy it because it has a recall on the vehicle. While checking out the SUV I noted the carpet had been cut just behind the middle driver side seat. I asked why and was told that it was for storage ar access to something for when it comes in for service. Well I know that is not true as the carpet was cut to access the fuel pump. ( That also has a recall on it ). Why would the factory cut the carpet so someone getting out of the 3rd row can catch their foot on it and fall head first out of the SUV? The dealer as added VIN # extra VIN stickers in multiple places on the car as well as tinting the windows. I said that we didn’t want that done and was told basically too bad we to this to all of our cars. Because of insurance. Well State Farm told be that those stickers do nothing for me. The VIN # is stamped from the factory in lots of places including the frame. So try to sell someone else your crap. As a side note the salesman said oh ya we charge $2,500 over sticker because all dealers do it. WrongI am currently talking with 4 other dealers in Indiana that do not charge extra !!! As well as dealers in Tn,Al,Fl,Wi but Louisville did charge extra. Diving to save $ 2,500 is not a problem. Just SUCKS you can’t buy LOCAL. We drove 5 1/2 hr to buy the 2018Ram we have now. DONT SHOP CROOKED DEALERS Like Ray Skillman !!!!! More
