Mitch and Eric were awesome!! I came in a rental after someone had totaled my car. Hoping but not really expecting to drive off in a car and not only did they make sure I was able to do just that but they someone had totaled my car. Hoping but not really expecting to drive off in a car and not only did they make sure I was able to do just that but they made sure I was happy with my decision and they took care of the rental for me so that I didn’t have to drive 2 cars back home or drive 2 hours back to Avon to pick up my car the next day. They were the best and I want to say thank you! More
