Most uncomfortable car buying experience ever Let me preface this review by saying that while I've always felt pressured during a car sale transaction, I've never left a dealership feeling like a Let me preface this review by saying that while I've always felt pressured during a car sale transaction, I've never left a dealership feeling like a car purchase was an overall negative experience... until I went to Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. The pressure to add non-value added services is the highest I've ever experienced at any dealership. The salesperson and the finance manager will not take no for an answer. Additionally, they have some devious practices like showing you a sheet with 4 options (without clear prices) as if they are the only things available. When I asked if something was available independently, the finance manager asked me "Why would you want that?" Well simply because that's what I asked for. All in all I ended up walking out of the dealership with a Ziebart service plan that they would not accept no for an answer on($599), massively overpriced GAP insurance ($850 for the term vs $120 for the term through my insurance), and an extended warranty ($3925) that has so many terms and conditions that you know they'll never pay a claim. Luckily, I am able to cancel the GAP insurance and extended warranty for a full refund. I will take a loss on the Ziebart service and keep it as a reminder not to return to the Ray Skillman Group. For the purchase of my 6th Hyundai, I will return to Bob Rohrman's Indy Hyundai for a sales experience that I can feel comfortable with. More

We chose Ray Skillman Avon for their prices, inventory and their location. Our salesman Gabe "GT" was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Answering all questions and addressing our concerns. Cory Reber our finance manager also was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I would also like to thank Lauren McDonald for keeping me informed via texts on the status of my online inquiries. We would defiantly recommend Ray Skillman Avon to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai and would buy again in the future. More

See I had an lease that was over mileage but I had 7 more months to go I needed help. Garrison ask me what I really wanted. I told him what I wanted. THIS MAN MADE IT HAPPEN!. I got the vehicle I wanted. With the payment I could handle ( that was the important part) . I Appreciate him so much and his patience. He was so nice and calm throughout the whole time.
