Very bad experience. Bought new Yukon and 3rd row floor liner. Tried to add on cost of Ziebart diamond gloss without telling me first. They lost my check for down payment. The floor liner came in 2 pie liner. Tried to add on cost of Ziebart diamond gloss without telling me first. They lost my check for down payment. The floor liner came in 2 pieces and didn't fit right in my Yukon. I returned the floor liner to the dealership but they would not give me a refund. They accused me of cutting the liner in half. After many calls/texts they still will not refund my cost for the liner. This was my 3rd car bought from Ray Skillman in the last 7-8 years and I'm very disappointed that they would treat a loyal customer this way. More

Oil Change Easy easy! I went in for a oil change and within 45 minutes I was out of their after they had changed the oil, rotate tires, checked air pressure and Easy easy! Got my 3 car from them and the people that I worked with they were all excellent at there jobs they all need pay raises. They made me fill at home and got me the pest deal and the lowest payment as possible they were all excellent at there jobs they all need pay raises.
