Kohlin and Barry were great; finance guy, horrific We had a great test drive with Kohlin and Barry, seriously ask for them. After dealing with their finance department, we nearly walked away entirely due to the HORRIFIC treatment. We have great credit, so getting a loan wasn't the issue. It happened the second we declined the additional warranty. Chase, the finance guy, became argumentative and outright rude. He started muttering things under his breath and actually said, "well don't come back pissed at me when something goes wrong." Seriously, this guy should not have a job. He tried to rush us through signing without letting us read the paperwork. When we were apparently taking too long for his liking, he became condescending and asked what was so difficult. I give the dealership five stars all day, but their finance guy gets zero. More
