Wasn't Planning on buying the car that day, but it worked ou When I walked into Ray Skillman, I had only planned on test driving the Kia Stinger. I had been looking at them for some time, but wanted to wait. As When I walked into Ray Skillman, I had only planned on test driving the Kia Stinger. I had been looking at them for some time, but wanted to wait. As a performance car enthusiast, it seemed to possess all I was looking for: a large family car that my wife could drive (my current car was a manual transmission), sporty design, and lots of power. As I was checking it out, the team asked what they had to do to consider the sale that day. I let them know that my current vehicle had a custom audio system that I had to have removed. I had planned to do this prior to trading it in, as I was only planning on test driving that day. They let me know that they could easily remove that for me and install the factory stereo. They offered a reasonable trade in for my current vehicle understanding that caveat. Working with them was pain free, they were reasonable, nice and genuinely cared about what they were selling. They were proactive in working with us and understood our requirements. I enjoyed the experience of purchasing from them and hope this represents the beginning of a long customer relationship with them. More

Very helpful in my time of need Tommy was willing to go above and beyond when I was still recovering and dealing with my total loss accident. He did all the legwork to find me my per Tommy was willing to go above and beyond when I was still recovering and dealing with my total loss accident. He did all the legwork to find me my perfect replacement vehicle and get me back on the road. As well as coming back into work after he was already off to finish the deal so I didn’t have to pay for my rental vehicle. Very grateful and appreciative for people like Tommy! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman! More
