Highly Recommend I am writing this to let everyone know about the awesome experience we had dealing with Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall on Pike Plaza. After completing a deal on a new Hyundai Sonata we went out to remove our personal belongings from the car we were trading. I then looked at the memorial sticker of our Son-in-law, Officer Rod Bradway, on the back window knowing we would not be able to get another one to put on our new car. I had a sick feeling in my stomach and tears welled up in my eyes as we walked away. They gave us another Sonata, to drive for a couple days while they tinted the windows and Ziebarted our new Sonata. Saturday morning we went in to pick up our new car. John Drennon , our salesman, had us get in the car so he could go through the all the options inside. When we finished and got out of the car, Bobby Dieckman, the team leader, was standing at the back of the car. We walked back to shake his hand and to our surprise noticed Rod's sticker had been removed from our old car and placed on the back window of our new car. I didn't think it would be possible to do but they knew how much having Rod's sticker on my car meant to me. They said that was the least they could do to show their respect. Next time you you are looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle, please remember the experience we had with Ray Skillman.
