Jake rocked my face off! I went in to buy a car and left with a friend! Jake went above and beyond in every way possible and kept me laughing the entire time. This guy knows his stuff - and as for his personality, well...this is NOT a guy who just wants to sell you a car. He truly wants to get to know you, the customer (although he made me feel much more like a guest than a customer), and is completely honest about what can or cannot be accomplished. Even though he worked extremely hard on getting me the very best deal possible, I was still not able to afford the vehicle I wanted. Even so, I know this guy would've given his right arm to get me the car I wanted. He was genuinely sorry that the deal wasn't able to work for my finances but I have absolutely no doubt he bent over backwards to help me. Jake is hilarious and totally the kind of guy you want as your car salesman. He is genuine, sincere and patient. An unusually pleasant car buying experience I needed a bridge car to get through the next year. I did all the right research (Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Autobytel, etc.) and sent out about a hal I needed a bridge car to get through the next year. I did all the right research (Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Autobytel, etc.) and sent out about a half dozen feelers in terms of autos that met my criteria. By far and away, the most relevant information came back to me through Ray Skillman. I didn't feel that the information I requested came from a boilerplate. I went to one other dealership before heading to Skillman's and immediately found the people at Skillman's much more willing to pay attention to my needs rather that just sell me a car and be done with it. Jake Morris, the salesperson I dealt with, was just a plain nice guy. We went over several cars until we found a really good fit for what I needed. I've purchased probably a dozen cars in my life and this was one of the rare times when, first of all, the sales manager didn't try to up-sell me and, secondly, the finance person didn't relentlessly pressure me to purchase unwanted warranties and other extras. As I said in the beginning, I had an unusually pleasant car buying experience. More

As soon as my fiance and I pulled up Dorian greeted us and showed us right We had an absolutely great experience at Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall!!! As soon as my fiance and I pulled up Dorian greeted us and showed us right to the specific car we came to see. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the car and all it's features. He made both of us feel very comfortable during the whole process. When it came to talking prices we loved that this dealership wanted to help us try to reach the monthly payment we had in mind. I didn't feel like they were trying to nickel/dime us! Eric Alcorn did all of our financing and he did a great job as well. He showed me all of my options and answered all of my questions! Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and we left in our 2013 Chevy sonic....happy customers!!! More
