Do not buy a car from Ray Skillman--- I don't think I can trust someone who will jeopardize a good customer relationship over a stinkin tire. It doesn't matter all the car jargan of same size crap. I want my effing tires to match and shouldn't have to pay for it since they would have matched before I drove off the lot if I had noticed. Dropping $150-$200 ain't nothin for a dealership when they make more then that off the warranty alone, but it is for a middle class american that just bought a car that will have to get plates and now pay almost $300 a month. What a horrible business move. My car will never see the inside of that service department, I will now be purchasing a warranty from an outside company and cancelling theirs. There will be no referrals or repeat business from me. OVER A TIRE. smh. What ever happened to "keep your customers happy and you gain loyalty and a following?" IDIOTS. 4 out of 5 dealerships that I called this morning told me to bring the car in right away and they would replace two tires no questions asked, then I told them I didn't buy the car from them and they laughed at me! Ray Skillman messed up. Sad because the salesmen was awesome. Most comfortable buying experience I have ever had. I hardly noticed my payment being 78 dollars higher a month than planned. Congratulations Ray Skillman you lost someone who could have been a very loyal customer. -After my review hit google and social media they wanted to order two tires.... It's too late, I already replaced all 4 because they were BALD. Thanks for nothing. More

I had the pleasure of meeting, Barry Morris, salesman at Mazda for Ray Skillman auto mall on west side in Indianapolis. I highly recommend Barry to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. Barry's approach to customer service is something I am not used to. I spent nearly four hours driving and learning about five different cars. Barry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and totally committed to making sure that I was making a correct purchase. He advised me to take my time and become more sure of what I need in a car and then go see him. I was happy to know that he can help with any car that Ray Skillman carries. What I liked about Barry was that there was no pressure from him to make a deal. Ray Skillman organization should be very proud to have an employee like Barry Morris, he is an asset to this company. I am so fortunate to have come across Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. This was my first time buying a car and although I wasn’t sure what to expect I was very impressed with the staff throughout each Westside Auto Mall. This was my first time buying a car and although I wasn’t sure what to expect I was very impressed with the staff throughout each phase of the process. Clint in the sales department was especially nice to work with and very informative. Being in sales myself I enjoyed the way I was treated as a customer. Clint was very professional and never pushy. He was very patient, honest and answered all of my questions. The facility itself is top notch, clean and laid out very well. I was able to test drive a wide variety of cars from different manufactures all in one place. Even with such a large selection of cars I felt the staff was informed on each car I had interest in and discussed the pros and cons of each to aid in my decision on which would be the best fit for my needs. I opted to get an extended warranty and am pleased to know Ray Skillman West is a full service facility. I have no doubt the educated service technicians will keep my vehicle in safe excellent condition. Once I had selected a car I was given a fair trade-in value of my current vehicle and the finance / warranty discussions couldn’t have gone any smoother. I had a fantastic experience at Ray Skillman West, the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to others and remain a loyal customer myself. If I had it to do over again I would not go anywhere else. It quickly became clear to me that Skillman is more concerned with exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty rather than simply making a quick sale. I am also impressed to have learned that the Ray Skillman organization is local and my investment helps support the Indianapolis community as Ray Skillman is heavily involved in various community outreach programs. To summarize my experience I was treated with respect, worked with a professional caring staff that was not pushy and was given a fair price. My son, Deryk, found this dealership searching online for dealers who work with individuals with poor credit. Deryk contacted Colt at this dealership as his credit rating had deteriorated from a recent divor dealers who work with individuals with poor credit. Deryk contacted Colt at this dealership as his credit rating had deteriorated from a recent divorce. This did not deter Colt from working with him, in fact he seemed to enjoy the challenge and really went out of his way to assist. I was willing to co-sign as Deryk's bad credit was not due to negligence on his part. Colt sensed this and exhibited good judgement of character telling me over the phone he believed my son was a good kid who got the short end of the stick. I also now live in Missouri but that didn't create any handicap in working with Colt. He was able to obtain an unbelievably low APR for Deryk with me co-signing, stayed in constant contact with me, was very personable at all times. he had all paperwork overnighted, everything in perfect order for me to sign and return easily. Colt definitely understand the "customer" in customer service. He relates well with people and made us feel very comfortable dealing with him. More often than not, most people do not like dealerhip experiences, but this was not the case. In our discussions, Colt learned we own a Dodge Viper and offered assistance in future purchases of tires or any needed parts. First of all I should start by saying I have a very low credit score and thought this was going to be a embarrassment and that I was kidding myself . I first met with Colt Key and he was very friendly and courteous . We first went through what I could afford and he worked worked his magic Within 10 minutes I was approved and looking at trucks . I was under the impression before I even went into RaySkillman that If they would even work with me that I would be driving something old with alot of miles which wasn't the case at all. Colt showed me my options and what he can help me with and I was shocked how new the trucks were. He showed me what he thought was the best option for my budget and what he thought would work best for me and it was like he read my mind . Overall I have to say that RaySkillman and Mr. Colt Key really have a good thing going there .
