Really enjoyed working with everyone at the dealership. Jared was personable and attentive to our "wish list". I am very displeased, we were told that the van we bought was being discounted however after review of the paper work that "discount" amounted to $26.00 below the window sticker price, also we feel really sc was being discounted however after review of the paper work that "discount" amounted to $26.00 below the window sticker price, also we feel really screwed on our trade-in received $1500 below the book value and since dealers bury this information in the pages of paperwork it takes time to review and figure out what we truly paid. We spontaniously stopped at the Westside auto dealership after a doctor visit for our youngest daughter. We were in need of a new vehichle due to our oldest daughter's enging blowing up the week before Chr after a doctor visit for our youngest daughter. On Christmas day, our 14 year old daugher got very sick and on the 26th she was life flighted to Evansville with complications from type 1 diabetes. After spending a week in the hospital, we were in a frantic state and had only days to find a vehicle since our oldest daughter was taking my car back to college which left me "car less". The day we stopped in at Westside, Eric spent about 2 hours with my husband, my 14 yearold daughter and myself. the first vehicle we drove was the CX9 and fell in love. We were concerned because of the unknown hospital bill that we are facing that we were stepping out of our budjet. We left that day with plans to keep in touch with Eric. We continued searching for a vechicle. After visiting about 7 dealerships, driving several vehichles and dealing with several salesman, we decided the CX9 was for us. We had a chance to buy one closer to home, but the service,efficiency and price, we chose to go with Eric. This is the first brand new vehichle that we have ever purchased and he made the experience extremely smooth. My husband and I have had several phone conversations and email dealings with him. He never acted like we were bothering him with our numberous questions. Today when I came in to purchase the CX9, he immediately asked how our daughter was doing and let us know he has been praying for her! I was quite impressed with him remembering her illness. I would recommend dealing with him to anyone. Hopefully when my husband's truck wears out Eric can make us another deal! More
