They did not pressure us in any way to make us feel like all they wanted was a sale. We have had several experiences with purchasing cars and this was by far the best ever. In the course of buying my car, I talked to everyone in the dealership including the guys who clean the cars before they sell it to you. Everyone was wonderful. Because I bought my car literally as they were coming available, it was a bit of a wait before my car became available. They worked with me and helped bring the car I wanted in. I knew when it was in the US,OnBoard the railcar and then on the truck. Even to this day they continue to greet me and answer any of my questions. They weren't your typical "sales' people. I honestly feel like I can trust them. I had a tough time deciding between two different manufacturers: toyota and Kia. What ultimately made the decision for me was the relationships I had built with the guys at my dealership. Toyota didn't offer that. More

I have been driving a Mazda 6 - which I LOVE - for a few years and took it into Ray Skillman West Auto Mall for an oil change. I bought my Mazda 6 from Ray Skillman and have driven 30 minutes each way to t years and took it into Ray Skillman West Auto Mall for an oil change. I bought my Mazda 6 from Ray Skillman and have driven 30 minutes each way to their service department for all my auto needs because it is absolutely the BEST service department I have ever used. The waiting area is relaxing and Jeff and James treat me like a VIP! I lease my car and, while I was there, I asked Jeff a few questions about the end of my lease and, who should appear, but the most AMAZING salesman extraordinaire, Lorne Hayden!!! He is wonderful!!! Lorne and I discussed my lease and I found out that I could get a new Mazda 6 that day. Lorne and Vince located the one I wanted and, the next thing I knew, I had a new car! My beautiful, new Mazda 6 drives like a dream! Chris made the paperwork easy and explained everything. Craig, who I must say is adorable, packaged everything up from my old car and made sure my new car was perfect. I didn't have to do anything but sign the paperwork. I must say that Ray Skillman West Auto Mall has a customer forever. I will continue to have my service done there and I will always call Lorne Hayden when I'm in the market for a car. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Avery Lyons & Chad Anderson were very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted. Never did either of us feel pressured in any way to buy a car. Not knowing much about the Kia Soul Avery & Chad worked with us on finding the right car. Both were very knowledgable of their car line. Even when we found they didn't have the car we wanted in stock it only took them a couple of days to get it in. I'm really impressed with the service we have received after the sale. Avery has been in touch many times to be sure everything with the car is great. When I've gone back for service Avery is always right there to help us out. One of the best experiences we've had when buying a new car. For once we enjoyed the whole process. More

What's NOT great about this dealership: friendly service, great selection, super clean and a more than helpful crew! My wife and I were in the market for a new, economical car but weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Upon coming to Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall, we met Andy Gregoire, our car dealer extraordinaire. After discussing our options with Andy, we decided on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS, but seeing that they are in such high demand, it is really hard for any dealership to keep them on the lot. We put money down on a silver model that was inbound but we had our hearts set on an indigo blue model...and here is were Andy really went to work for us. Andy not only was able to locate the exact color and model that we wanted, with the same package that we wanted but throughout the entire process, Andy kept us up to date on exactly what was going on. Not once were we in the dark or left out to dry and at the same time he was never overbearing during the entire process. The car arrived much quicker than anticipated and we are now proud Hyundai owners! Andy and the entire crew have our praise and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to looking for a new or used car! 10/10! More
Went in with the goal of buying a convertible and after looking at every car Skillman had to offer I ended up buying a slightly used 2007 Eclipse Spyder. Austin was wonderful and attentive while spending the better part of New Years day looking for what could have been a needle in a haystack. I entered the dealership with no clear idea of what I wanted or if I was even going to buy anything. Austin went through the inventory on his lot and the other Skillman lots until we narrowed the choices down to a handful of cars. I was not in a financial position to buy any of the cars I had my heart set on as they were either too expensive or too old for me to be approved for financing, Austin then suggested I test drive an Eclipse that had recently been traded in. I had never owned a car that was not built by one of the big 3 and was leery at the thought of buying a Mitsubishi... until I drove this car and fell in love. I easily got financing for this car as the price was well within my range and the car was not considered "old" by the bank. Since I bought the car I have had it serviced at Skillman twice and service was excellent, and while I was waiting Austin saw me and stopped to ask how I was enjoying my car. 6 months, 2 road trips and nearly 10,000 miles later I still love my Eclipse and am so happy Austin had me test drive this car. Should I ever drive the wheels off this car I will be back at Ray Skillman Mitsubishi and looking for Austin to help me pick out my next dream machine. More

Have purchased and serviced Vehicles at this location (different owners) for over 20 yrs this being the 6th vehicle purchased there. Service Department is outstanding. I made the mistake of taking the wife with me for oil change and service. She wound up purchasing an Endeavor. Both Austin Burns and Loren Hayden worked well with us as we negotiated for the vehicle. They did not have a vehicle on the lot that was similar to what we/she was looking for so they took us to another location to drive one, this added time to the process and it took a little longer than I anticipated to complete the deal, however the wife is pleased and our/her vehicle will be brought in from Cleavland next week. I hated to see my Montero LTD go but she will be happier driving this one. These guys were good to work with and I feel we were treated fairly. More
