We called the day before and made an appointment. The sales manager asked which model, what features and what color we were interested. Keenan, our sales rep, was very friendly, always wore his mask (correctly), listened to what we had to say about getting a new car and quickly had us in vehicle that we described. Unfortunately, the new model's seats were too tight. He found a used one that met what we were looking for exactly and we bought it. More
