I spoke with Daren Warren and he gave me a full explanation of what was causing the noise and how it was solved plus showing me what service was done on the car. I was given an appointment very quickly and all the personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Their waiting area is super with a children's play area and another room with a computer available in addition to a good size area with comfortable setting. They do an excellent job with their service, and I'll definitely go back. More

After noticing an oil leak from her Buick, my wife made an early appointment with a GM dealership where they promised they would diagnose the problem After noticing an oil leak from her Buick, my wife made an early appointment with a GM dealership where they promised they would diagnose the problem and "get right back to her". After receiving "radio silence" for eight hours, she had a friend drop her off at the dealership and found that they had not even put the car on the lift! She was not happy. I told her that Patrick Rady and the service team at Ray Skillman would look at it, diagnose the problem and offer a reasonable solution, which they did! Kudos to Patrick and his team for excellent service and most importantly, for doing what they said they would do. As always, they set the standard for excellence in automotive service. More

I live about 10 minutes from the Westside location, so I didn't want to make a drive to Greenwood for the oil change. I showed her my paperwork, and she took care of everything from there. I ended up returning the next day because my back up camera was not working. Again, Ms. Jamie was there. She remembered me as soon as I stepped out of my car. I told her about the camera. She said they would have to order one, and would call me when it came in. About 25 minutes later, I got a call from her, saying that they actually had one available and if I wanted to come back that day, they would install it. It was excellent customer service. And those fresh baked cookies were pretty darn good too!! More

We did not plan on taking the car home with us that night because it was close to closing time. Jarrod, Vince, and the rest of the staff were all polite, friendly and did not rush anything for us. They insisted we stay and they would take care of us. Although it was past closing time, they detailed the car, rolled out the red carpet, and gave us a detailed instruction of all the features.
