I always feel confident that my vehicle will be properly serviced and I appreciate the video that is provided telling me what is being examined on my vehicle. I always wait and typically am in and out in about an hour, but this time it was 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was told that 3 technicians were out -- unless they all had a serious illness (sounded like they were taking vacation time), it doesn't make sense that time off would be allowed to be scheduled at the same time, when it impacts customers like this. I always bring along things to do/read, so it wasn't a big problem for me -- just glad I hadn't scheduled something after based on previous experience. More

I have been a customer since 2013. Purchased a 2013 Sorento and traded a year later for a 2014 Sorento (I still own) and then purchased a 2015 Sorento (I Still own). I went there back Purchased a 2013 Sorento and traded a year later for a 2014 Sorento (I still own) and then purchased a 2015 Sorento (I Still own). I went there back in August and the customer service from sales to service has went downhill. I drive 50 minutes just to get oil changes and any service on my vehicles. NO ANY MORE!!! They can care less about you the customer. I made a comment to a Sales Manager about the poor attitude of the service manager (Blake) and was told "IT IS DUE TO COVID AND THEY ARE SHORT EMPLOYEES". You may be short employees but poor attitude comes from management down. You went from the Best Dealership prior to Covid to the excuse worst dealership now.
