Excellent Service Center This was my first trip to the west side Kia service center and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Jami was great to work with, she was patient This was my first trip to the west side Kia service center and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Jami was great to work with, she was patient and explained everything perfectly. I felt so comfortable working with her and talking about new vehicles, that she took me outside to see her new vehicle. Professional, Courteous, Detailed I took my 2015 Kia Soul in for me oil change at 25,000 miles. The customer service person who checked me in told me that I would be due for some addit I took my 2015 Kia Soul in for me oil change at 25,000 miles. The customer service person who checked me in told me that I would be due for some additional services at the 30,000 mile mark that would cost me about $400.00 total parts and labor inlcuding filters, alignment, oil change, and a couple of other items. As I was waiting on the car, a technician came and informed me that they recommended an alignment and changing the air filters. I agreed to do this. When I checked out, the customer service representative explained that about half of the things that would have been done at the 30,000 mile service were completed and my estimated cost at the 30,000 servicing would be about $200.00. This set my mind at ease - knowing that I was not going to be charged at the next service for something they had already done. I'm impressed with this service center. I purchased my car there and liked the salesperson and I drive from the South side of Indy to get my car serviced there because I like the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. More
