Courteous and Efficient A few months ago I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta. It was very low miles and loaded. I felt I was really getting a deal. However, I noticed that the car wasn't shifting correctly. I then did some research on line and found out that this car has this problem. I was VERY UPSET and called the dealership. Yanni was so calm, courteous, and got right to the bottom of the problem. He found another person within the Ray Skillman family who knew about the problem. He ordered the parts and when they arrived he called to ask me to bring the car in. I did so and had a wonderful loaner so I didn't have to miss any work. They even took the car on to the repair location. They, he and Jeff Hodge, went the extra mile by sending the car to the Skillman location that had done this same correction prior. I received my car back, washed, full of fuel, and shifting like a dream. Thank you!!!! When they say they will take care of any problem - they really mean it!! God bless you all. Janet Simpson More

Worst place to buy a car!! They are crooks Have dealt with Ray skillman for the past 10 years .. Awful Customer Service to long time customers On April 25, 2015 while returning home my 2011 Hyundai Tucson with barely 61,400 miles shifted really hard and then would not accelerate (RPM’s go rea On April 25, 2015 while returning home my 2011 Hyundai Tucson with barely 61,400 miles shifted really hard and then would not accelerate (RPM’s go really high but the car barely moved). I had to go out of the country for a week so my mother and grandparents would see what they could do. Car was towed to the dealership we bought it, Ray Skillman Hyundai at the Auto Mall. They found that a hose had broken, draining my transmission fluid. This was not covered under warranty. My grandparents paid 333.16 and proceeded home. Within 30 minutes of being on the road the car broke down. My grandparents had to wait for over an hour for a tow. The conclusion of this problem equaled a new transmission covered by my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. I feel that the initial fix done by Ray Skillman was not the true problem and this resulted in the loss of my original transmission. No one seems to care that my car stranded my grandparents on the side of the road. CARLA LOYD at your dealership is a poor representative for your company. I filled out a survey about my dissatisfaction with the 333.16 no fix. She called and upon speaking to me for the very first time did not care that this was such an inconvenience. I tried to explain to her that for the past 10 years my family and I have been very loyal customers of Ray Skillman. We have had AT LEAST 5 cars purchased brand new from your dealerships over the years. She then talked over me saying she had already been made well aware that we would take our business somewhere else. That doesn’t seem like a very good representation of your brand. Auto dealerships are a dime a dozen now a days and live off of referrals. Hendricks County has grown immensely over the past few years and us taking our business to Andy Mohr or Terry Lee seems like a great idea. I need explained how fixing a hose and replacing fluid cost $205 in labor and $116.04 for a fix that only got my car 20 miles down the road. I understand this was not covered under warranty but after the fact knowing my whole transmission needing replace, causing a customer to be stranded in a car only having barely over 61,000 miles really worth 333.16? More

I received information about my 2012 Hyundai Sonata that no one would want to hear, "Mr. Pollard, you're going to need a new engine" Carla told me over the phone. My stomach dropped. She informed me that there was no guarantee that the warranty company would cover a new re-manned engine but she would go to work on it, and boy did she. Constant calls giving me updates and providing me a thorough analysis of the situation is what I received. Brandon even stayed a few mintues over his work schedule to go into great detail to what what would need to be done as well. Less than three weeks later I felt like I had a brand new car. My first road trip that following weekend to Michigan and the engined purred all the way. The crew is something else! Ray Skillman (KIA) Dealership Is The Best! I have purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento SX, 2014 Kia Sorento SXL and leased a 2015 Kia Sorento EX in the past year and a half. Traded the 2013 Sorento fo I have purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento SX, 2014 Kia Sorento SXL and leased a 2015 Kia Sorento EX in the past year and a half. Traded the 2013 Sorento for a 2014 Sorento and the experience for trading was two thumbs up. There was no games, just great trading. Two months later I went back and leased a 2015 Sorento as well. I really enjoy driving both vehicles and fun to drive. I have returned to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations. What a great experience at Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West I was very apprehensive to visit the dealership's service department as in the past, I have never had a real good experience at any dealer's service d I was very apprehensive to visit the dealership's service department as in the past, I have never had a real good experience at any dealer's service department. Much to my surprise, first I was greeted by Justin. He took my information in a timely fashion and told me to make myself comfortable. I told him that my wife had a doctor appointment at a nearby office and he said not to worry. A little bit later, a young lady stopped into the lounge to give us an update on our vehicle. Justin came to see how we were doing and then he said that he would drive us to the doctor since the vehicle wasn't finished. He took us and came back when the appointment was over. I think this was great that he would take the time to do this for us. At the end of the day, Justin and the young lady service writer were terrific. They kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and went above and beyond by helping us make our appointment. Great job and I will return to Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West.
