Very smooth process, I bought a car from them because I never felt pressured or pestered. I was in no crunch and had plenty of time, it took us about ten days total (no fault of theirs) to get the deal don never felt pressured or pestered. They were flexible and I test drove four different cars. The car I wound up buying, I drove three times before purchasing and Lou was amazing. He's funny, a straight shooter and patient. I have three teens, when they're ready for their cars, I'll start with Lou first! More
