Jack was great and turned what was a very bad experience with this dealership into a good one. He was super helpful, polite and overall, just a joy to work with. Jack was great. The dealership needs to review how folks are treated and understand that people that call in are prepared to give them a LOT of money for a car and need to be treated better. I don't expect red carpet, just a call back and a helpful staffer to get and communicate information and the answers to questions. More
