no brake technician on duty after my appt was for oil and brake squeaking. After oil and tires were completed, I was told I needed to reschedule another 1 hour appointment to get lubricate on brakes as this brake squeaking. After oil and tires were completed, I was told I needed to reschedule another 1 hour appointment to get lubricate on brakes as this is a known issue with this vehicle, however no "certified" technician was there to complete this. Also got email to call about my not so good review and no one called me back - why ask us to call if no one is going to phone back. More
