Circumstances for purchasing a vehicle were not ideal and unexpected at this time. I was blindsided at service appointment by diagnostics indicating transmission needed replacement on my 2016 Traverse with a unexpected at this time. Mike in the service department was very kind and introduced me to Kevin Dietz in sales. I had never worked with Kevin before. He was very patient and gave me options for lease and purchase options. He was empathetic to my situation and not pushy. Long story short, with his help l did my first lease purchase on a 2022 Equinox. He took a lot of time to answer my questions and also my husband's questions. More
