Absolutely the best dealership, and sales team to work with! We drove 3 hours, and we were not disappointed! I found a car in Wausau I liked, but went on-line and found the car I loved! I called and talked to a few members of the team and they sent pictures immediately, and answered all questions. I gave a deposit over the phone and filled out the credit application about 5 minutes before close, and Flip called me back after hours to let me know all was good. Needless to say the next morning we drove 3 hours to look at the car (buy the car) When we got there we were pleasantly surprised that it was way more car then we had expected. Flip was very accommodating, as there was a little wait (lots of people buying cars unexpectedly). We met most of the team members that were working at the time and everyone was very friendly, and asked if we needed anything. I was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely recommend Flip and the dealership to anyone I know of looking, it is well worth the trip! Also a beautiful town to explore! More
