She called and spoke with the dealership about the vehicle, and they were very honest and open about all the details, and were willing to work with us in whatever way possible. We asked a relative in Kansas City if they would test drive the vehicle for us, and Clayton got it all set up. Once we heard how the test drive went, we were satisfied that the car was right for us. My wife drove the four hours to pick up the vehicle, and Clayton came in on his day off to make sure she was completely satisfied with the vehicle and to help get the trade and all the paperwork completed quickly and easily for us.
