Adam made me feel as though my change in schedule wasn't an inconvenience. When I finally brought my Jeep into Reed Automotive for service last week, I worked with Justin Gilmore. Both gentleman were friendly, welcomed my business, were patient with my many questions, kept me informed about the process (and costs) from start to finish and were especially professional.. Unexpected Service Work I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find items that unexpectedly required repair. Justin was up front and clear about what needed to be done. He went through the cost of each repair, knowing the time requirements to make the repairs a loaner vehicle was offered to me. Upon returning to the dealership to pickup my vehicle Justin again went through the invoice for the repair with me explaining how they arrived at each expense. Although it is never fun to incur unexpected expenses i appreciated the he took the time to explain things to me. I would much rather have this repair done while at the dealership during a scheduled appointment versus be stranded on a road somewhere. More
