Originally, I talked with Adam McCall and made a service appointment for one day. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I called Adam back and rescheduled the appointment for two days later. Adam made me feel as though my change in schedule wasn't an inconvenience. When I finally brought my Jeep into Reed Automotive for service last week, I worked with Justin Gilmore. Both gentleman were friendly, welcomed my business, were patient with my many questions, kept me informed about the process (and costs) from start to finish and were especially professional.. The service time was reasonable. I was in and out of the dealership to continue with my day in a very short time. Working with Adam and Justin was easy! Thank you! More

Unexpected Service Work I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find items that unexpectedly required repair. Justin was up front and clear about what needed to be done. He went through the cost of each repair, knowing the time requirements to make the repairs a loaner vehicle was offered to me. Upon returning to the dealership to pickup my vehicle Justin again went through the invoice for the repair with me explaining how they arrived at each expense. Although it is never fun to incur unexpected expenses i appreciated the he took the time to explain things to me. I would much rather have this repair done while at the dealership during a scheduled appointment versus be stranded on a road somewhere. More

2nd time buyer I bought a Liberty Renegade off the showroom floor in 2005 and it was my baby but it was time to move on and let someone else enjoy my snowbird. Sinc I bought a Liberty Renegade off the showroom floor in 2005 and it was my baby but it was time to move on and let someone else enjoy my snowbird. Since Jeep doesn't make the Liberty anymore, I bought a red Wrangler. I've only had it a few days but I can't stop staring at it and I love everything about it.
