I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and have been pleased each time. I have moved out of state, but made the 2 hour drive to purchase my Traverse. I contact Bob Lanford, who directed me to a knowledgeable sales rep, Ray Johnson. Ray did an excellent job of listening to my needs and finding financing that would fit my budget. He also was helpful in making sure all of my documents were ready when I arrived. I literally walked in, provided the needed information (license, insurance, title of trade), signed all paperwork, and was on my way in less than 90 minutes. It was a very smooth transaction. I also highly recommend working with JaJa for the financing aspect - very knowledgeable and efficient. That was the quickest signing I have ever had!
